4 grahams from Urshult bagarn (can also be purchased at ICA in Ryd)
200 gr hot smoked salmon with garlic from the Åsnen smokehouse in Urshult
4 lettuce leaves
Sour cream or whipped cream lumpfish roe
Mix sour cream / whipped cream and chunks.
Divide the pallets in the middle so they still hang together at the back edge.
Place a lettuce leaf on the lower part. Distribute about 50 grams of salmon on top of the salad. Add a click of room sauce.
Ready to be enjoyed. Served suitably with a glass of Urshult must.
